Our printing partner’s standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means our printing partner can create photo quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn’t affect quality, and there aren’t any order minimums. Our printing partner uses the Brother GT 381 printer for all DTG printed garments.
Shrinkage and Care
All shirts are made of 100% cotton*. They may shrink about half a size when washed except for the Ringers and Women’s Jersey, which seems to shrink about one full size when washed.
You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage. Washing your shirts inside out will prolong the life of your t-shirt as well as help prevent color bleeding, which is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors.
Returns and Exchanges
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our printing partner’s part will be handled at our printing partner’s expense. Cases where a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, it would be handled at the customer’s expense by placing a new order. If the item is returned to our partner’s facility, someone from the our printing partner team will contact you regarding the return.
Our printing partner will ship the return back to the customer; however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
If a package is damaged upon receipt, our printing partner asks for photo verification of the damaged goods. Please send your order number along with a photo to [email protected]. Once verified, we will gladly have a replacement sent to you at no cost.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
With our printing partner’s live shipping rates, orders to Canada generate an Int’l Economy Duties paid with tracking option (4-8 business days after fulfillment). This method can be useful for avoiding lost in transit packages.
